SuperStars Pre-K (Ages 3-4)

Offered to boys and girls presently 3 or 4 years of age.  This clinic focuses on breaking down soccer skills into simple steps for our younger students to understand the correct way to perform them.   Our program will focus on teaching the fundamentals of soccer through activities that will promote control and coordination.    These activities have a heavy emphasis on making the game of soccer fun and enjoyable for beginners.

KinderKicks (Ages 5-6)

Offered to boys & girls presently in kindergarten.  This clinic introduces the game of soccer and will allow those with prior soccer experience the opportunity to learn and further develop their soccer skills.  The clinic focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, 1 vs. 1 defending and attacking. Our program will concentrate on building confidence by helping all players achieve success at their own individual level of ability.  The objectives of the program are to introduce skills, discuss rules of the game and provide a positive learning environment for the children.

Premier Performance (Ages 7-9)

Offered to boys and girls between the ages of 7-9.  This clinic focuses on performing soccer skills the correct way. The age group for this clinic is introduced to skills that will challenge them a bit more.  We focus on foot skills that require several demanding turns, 1v1 moves and an explosive first touch into space.   Our easily set up drills and games maximize activity while keeping students in control of the ball.  The objective of this clinic is to further build on a strong soccer foundation that players have already achieved.

Foot Skills (Ages 7-14)

This program is offered to players that compete in TRAVEL/CLUB soccer. Players will learn from the fundamentals to advanced skills of soccer. The training will allow players to improve their technical and tactical awareness of the game. The training sessions will be intense and focus on proper skill INDIVIDUAL dribbling, receiving and shooting development. Players will get an opportunity to train with Coach Grosso (West Essex High School Boys Soccer Coach)

Speed & Agility (Ages 7-14)

Our structured and educational environment focuses on individual player physical development. The program is geared towards all types of athletes ages 6-17. Our educational goals progress from basic locomotor movements to highly advanced sports specific movements. Our emphasis is to improve functional and core strength while maximizing individual performance. Players attending our program will improve on the following components:

All Out Attack (Ages 10-13)

Offered to boys and girls presently between the ages of 10-13.  This clinic addresses the important concepts needed to effectively succeed in different 1 v. 1 situations. Our program focuses on taking on defenders with speed, an explosive first touch into space, and quick changes of pace to get in behind defenders.  The objective of this clinic is to teach our students how to react and recognized attacking situations to better improve their effectiveness going to goal and effective defending.

Defense First (Ages 10-13)

Offered to boys and girls between the ages of 10-13.  The clinic focuses on the most important concepts needed to succeed as a defender.  Our program focuses on defending by understanding and applying the principals of effective defending.  The objective of this clinic is to teach our students how to defend in 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 1 situations and how to quickly anticipate what the attacking player is looking to do.

High School (Ages 14-17)

Offered to boys and girls in high school between the ages of 14-17.  The clinic focuses on the four major components of soccer. The clinic is designed to touch upon the basic as well as the most sophisticated technical and tactical skills of the game.  Fitness and conditioning will also be incorporated into the sessions. In addition, participants will learn important psychological perspectives that will give them an edge over the competition while understanding the importance of effective training.
